Performance

KDW-3582 (6:1) is used on all kinds of components of potting sealing and protection. It can be deeply cured, and with good liquidity, UV resistance, weather resistance, rain resistance and dirt resistance after mixed. And it can serve for a long time on outdoor products of fixation, waterproof, dustproof and anticreep.

Storage and transportation

1. Avoid light, heat, and keep sealing(could be transported and stored as non-dangerous goods )
2. Both shelf life are 1 year at 25℃.

Operation process

1. Weighing component A and B according to the ratio of 6:1, stirring evenly after mixed, then inject it to components and module which needed to be potting protected. It would be better to injected along one side of the wall, which can reduce the generation of air bubbles.
2. Placing the sealed component, and it would discharge bubbles by itself, if possible, vacuumizing and defoaming the mixed rubber before potting sealing. Directly cured at room temperature, usually the rubber will have elasticity within 1-6 hours.
